There needs to be a law preventing brokers from presenting as carriers:

1. As a broker they do not have trucks and should not be allowed to show trucks on their pages. 
   1. Displaying trucks could lead some to believe that they are carriers.
2. Force them to display:
   1. We are a BROKER and not a carrier
   2. In font size no smaller than 14
   3. With a clean solid backgrouns (boxed if desired)
   4. Highly contrasting colors (Black - Whight)

Make it illegal to manipulate or engage in US-US freight movements.
This is an economic issue. A "dispatch" service operating out of Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Foks Logistics) Dispatch services. There is little to no accountability.
